You have just attended an inspiring, conference, trade show or exhibition and travelling back you want to do something similar for your company.
Next day full of enthusiasm you delegate to who?  A PA, a graduate, someone who may have spare hour or two. Step back and consider some important aspects of an event.

There are some simple stages and decisions to be made before you embark on this journey before diving into the fine detail (Most common mistake in all event planning).

1- What are your objectives more sales, profile, contacts or just a good time
2-What is your message or product or service
3- Who is your audience. Internal, external existing or prospect customers
4- Where are you in the life cycle of your product or message

We consider all the above and if it is sensible to proceed (sometimes it’s better not to run an event) we then examine which circle is most appropriate

Outer Circle – Winning attention New products, Messages, Promotions (EXPOS, Conferences)

Middle Circle –Winning the hearts of end users (Roadshows and Demos)

Inner Circle – Winning the minds (Round Table discussions, Hospitality, or Dinners)
